I’ve found the Lillington post office clerk (sorry, I forgot your name) to be most helpful and kind! Considering the often complex nature of the job, (often unbeknownst to customers just because we live in an automated era there are loads of regulations and legalities attached to each mailing), and customers with preconceived negative expectations, she remains steadfast to assure the mail from Lillington gets properly stamped, sorted and sent on it’s way, all the while being human with family connections and responsibilities not unlike each of us. If we could just look at the world through the eyes of Source we would see the beauty in all of us.. So, thank you for your service!

I go to to this post office to send international packages at least once a month. The employees are really friendly & helpful and have never lost a package of mine!

Received package and it was cut open and smartwatch was stolen. So whoever delivered it stole it because you have to have key to open mailbox. Just sad to risk losing your job for stealing packages.

Refuses to deliver packages to our house. Constantly lie about the excuses as to why packages are not delivered. Postmaster is a joke who refuses to do her job and straighten out the carrier responsible. Several complaints have been made without change. Post office needs new leadership. Next move is to go to the postmaster general.

Lived in the area for 11 years and the employees in the PO must never have been trained. Have never had a good experience with these clowns. Poor attitudes, mail delivered frequently to wrong mail boxes, and damaged mail with the words “do not bend” on certificates which were bent in half and crammed in the mailbox because the person was too lazy to walk up to the front door. The only positive is the people of Lillington do not have to travel to see the clowns at the circus because they come to our houses each 6 days a week.

Lived in Lillington for five years…and never had a pleasant experience with this post office. I don’t think people could believe how insanely difficult this post office is to work with. You never know if you’re going to get your mail or not. We would drive from the furthest Lillington address towards Cameron and they would tell us we had to come back with a pink slip…when we know they won’t deliver to our house (due to it being a private dirt road). We could visibly see the packages on the shelf. I would not recommend utilizing this post office for anything!

Had two orders to arrive at the post office after traveling from a few states over. Same vendor just two separate packages. One order was delivered but the other one was returned to sender due to not being able to deliver to my address. Why after traveling over the course of a few days there’s a problem delivering to my address? Have a feeling the postal carrier knew she couldn’t get them both to fit in my mailbox and would have to deliver to my front porch.
