Lived in the area for 11 years and the employees in the PO must never have been trained. Have never had a good experience with these clowns. Poor attitudes, mail delivered frequently to wrong mail boxes, and damaged mail with the words “do not bend” on certificates which were bent in half and crammed in the mailbox because the person was too lazy to walk up to the front door. The only positive is the people of Lillington do not have to travel to see the clowns at the circus because they come to our houses each 6 days a week.

Lived in Lillington for five years…and never had a pleasant experience with this post office. I don’t think people could believe how insanely difficult this post office is to work with. You never know if you’re going to get your mail or not. We would drive from the furthest Lillington address towards Cameron and they would tell us we had to come back with a pink slip…when we know they won’t deliver to our house (due to it being a private dirt road). We could visibly see the packages on the shelf. I would not recommend utilizing this post office for anything!

Had two orders to arrive at the post office after traveling from a few states over. Same vendor just two separate packages. One order was delivered but the other one was returned to sender due to not being able to deliver to my address. Why after traveling over the course of a few days there’s a problem delivering to my address? Have a feeling the postal carrier knew she couldn’t get them both to fit in my mailbox and would have to deliver to my front porch.

I appreciate this post office, the crew is mostly friendly and the lines are always short.I request that we please get a package drop off chute inside the lobby. This place opens pretty late at 9am so it's almost impossible to drop off a big package before or after work.I've had to change my courier to UPS and Fedex a few times because of this. I'd rather support USPS!

Good luck getting your packages . Was told that packages that won't fit in box would not be left at box . My package was supposedly left in or at box and it is not there . Pretty sure a original size snack crate with the drink upgrade won't fit in the tiny mailbox I have at my business .

Why are packages not delivered? And no notes left? I go search multiple tracking numbers for packages and all say you couldn't come down my driveway? UPS, Prime, Fedex can handle my flat, straight driveway. I can see my mailbox from my house. Why do you accept packages if you just flat out won't deliver them anymore?

I have problems getting my mail I have inform delivery and when mail carrier comes half my mail isn't in there. I report it if it dont show up they say there's nothing they can do but it shows on inform delivery so where is the mail
