“Some of the best people to deal with. Truly professional, accommodating, kind, thoughtful and fair. The entire crew, managers, grounds keeping and office family go over and beyond making sure satisfaction is achieved. When things take a misstep, it becomes a challenge to make things right, and ESSEOLA succeeds. There no snobs in the chain of command. Everyone who saves up for an experience are treated with the best attitude. When you make the time to have an experience, they refuse to let you down. ESSEOLA appreciates the reputation they want to convey. Failure is not an option. Even the food service rating only makes three digits. 100%. Looking after details is the goal of ESSEOLA.”

“Had such an amazing time shooting this wedding at the Beech Mountain Club. Everyone that works there is so kind and treated my team and I with respect. The backdrop that you will get if you shoot your special day here, is second to none. Beautiful golf courses, greenery, wildlife, and mountains all around. Makes shooting your wedding day portraits so much easier. If you are newly engaged, consider having your wedding here!”

“Beech Mountain as a whole is a very underrated Fall Foliage destination! We were in awe of its beauty, which is totally comparable to that of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.”

“It felt very comfortable and it has a very "mid-cenrury" vibe which we appreciated for the fact that it was not by design, just a reflection of the era it was built. The nostalgia of being emerced in the decade of our childhood (we being Gen X's)gave way to the obvious lack of updating the decor. However; if you're going on vacation to sit in a hotel go elsewhere, because this was a clean, economic and generous sized 2 room w/2 bathroom hotel, perfect for a family that is all about..."WHAT ADVENTURE LIES OUTSIDE THE HOTEL DOOR?" As it should be! I have no problem recommending it for a perfect place to plan your next N.C. adventure.”

“This is a better Best Western close to Sugar Mountain and pretty close to Beech Mountain for skiing. The front desk were super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is average but just fine, and plentiful, and the coffee was hot!The room was clean and comfortable, hot water ran hot and didn't run out, even with a couple of baths and showers. TV worked fine, with standard channels, better picture quality than expected.Rooms: Very comfortable and warm, the bathroom and bedding was very clean.Nearby activities: Close to ski slopes and eateries.Walkability: Not much to get to on foot; my son and I crossed the road to eat at a good Asian restaurant.Food & drinks: The hotel supplies breakfast, which was just fine, but the only other food and drinks were from vending machines, which of the three I tried didn't take dollar bills. The front desk were happy to exchange for quarters. There were few options and nothing healthy, except water!”
