Newly renovated rooms. Service desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Great location for activities in Banner Elk or Boone.

The Hotel is clean, quiet, and very very friendly. Conveniently located just south of the downtown Banner Elk. Easy access to parks, skiing, hiking and sight seeing. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in the mountains.
