I showed up late on a Friday afternoon needing some last-minute supplies for a project. Zach and his team were courteous and helpful. They helped me get exactly what I needed and made it clear to me that they are grateful for customers coming to their store. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and even took extra time to educate me so I could make the right decision for my job. All while the store was closing! Zach proudly shared his team‘s attitude that if a customer will make the effort to show up at his store, even if it’s five minutes to close, they are intent on serving that customer as best they can. That’s as much as you could possibly want from a business nowadays. I will use my wallet to reward that kind of courtesy, humility, gratitude, and kindness. Thank you Zach! You’ve earned my business and my patronage!

Staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I was given a list of bolts and nuts to pick up and without even asking an employee just started helping find the correct ones I needed.
