The staff here is wonderful. They’re super friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had! The manager, James, was so friendly and interacted with every person that came into the store. Not to mention, the store is brand new and everything was SO CLEAN and organized! It made it so easy to shop, and find exactly what you’re looking for. Awesome experience at this location!! Will definitely recommend this location from now on.

I went this morning because my phone wasn’t turning on, gentlemen working was short with me. He didn’t bother looking at my phone, or help in anyway other than basically say he couldn’t help me. Apparently my husband is the main one on the account and he couldn’t help me without my husband being there, which he was at work. Since when? I’ve had phones fixed in the past and my husband was deployed and I didn’t need him there. I wasted an hour during to south park in Charlotte just to walk in and them fixing it by doing volume button up, down and power button to restart it. WTH couldn’t the man at the store do this for me? He offered no help and I wasted my entire morning. Does your staff not know how to reset an iPhone? I know the ones I’ve been to in KY have and fixed it right away. I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll drive a little more to albemarle to that store and hope service is better. At least now I know how to reset my iPhone no thanks to the staff at this location.
