Also known as Locust Lumber, They were very polite and willing to help in any way they could. Being an older woman going into a lumber store can be intimidating but 2 woman can to assist me and one answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable right away. Thank you

We ordered our new front door from this location and the ordering process was very easy and the staff was very helpful/kind.
We did have a couple of problems as the door arrived incorrectly twice but they were quick to find solutions for the first manufacturer error and the manager was very helpful with resolving the second error. They were always fast to respond to emails/calls and understanding of our concerns/frustrations. All problems were resolved in a timely manner and we love our new door! Great customer service overall.

I had the best experience here! The paying process, the loading process are all simple and quick! The loader banded my whole order together, loaded it perfectly on my trailer(my trailer is awkward to load due to wheel placement) but their knowledge and willingness to help in anyway is unmatched!

After trying to buy Lumber in Charlotte and no one willing to sell it to us, a friend recommended BMC in Locust. Drove all the way there, and I have to say, best decision ever. Not only did they supplied us with everything we needed, they had much better prices that 84 Lumber, they were nice, fast to deliver and now we are happy to be a loyal customer. It was a welcomed difference from the bad attitudes and denials we kept getting from 84 Lumber. Jonathan is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We are very happy to have found them, and will continue to buy from them with our current projects and the future ones.
