I wasn't feeling well so went to this location to get some cold medicine and a few other items. There was a small line at the self check out so I went to the photo area and ask if he could check out my items. I was told very rudely that the check out was over there. I put my basket down and let and went to down the road to dollar general.

I enjoy shopping at CVS in Locust. The store is well stocked, clean and employs associates that offer good customer service in all departments.

Disappointing Experience at CVS Pharmacy
I recently visited the CVS Pharmacy near my home to get a flu shot, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. Despite having used the same insurance for the past three years, the pharmacist claimed that my date of birth didn't match and refused to administer the flu shot.
Instead of resolving the issue, they suggested I call my insurance company to fix the problem. Unwilling to waste more time, I went to Walmart (just 5 minutes away in Locust) and received the flu shot without any issues.
Due to this poor customer experience, I've decided to take my business (and my wife's flu shot appointment) to Walmart. I won't recommend this CVS Pharmacy to friends or family. The only service I might continue to use here is the UPS drop-off, until a new UPS store opens in Locust.

Store made me mad frl. What you mean you don’t do Uber eats but then gonna have your store available on Uber eats??? Got me sitting around waiting for my stuff it keeps getting pushed back and I’m just lookin stupid 🤦🏾♀️. They stuff cheaper in DoorDash anyway.

I feel very sad when I was told by a short, white female employee. When I went to have pictures of my children taken directly for the passports, that lady told me that she would not take a picture of my child because my hair does not allow it, but you are the one who does not allow it. I went to another place and took the pictures, and yesterday I took the pictures at the same time. This place is for my other child. She was a young Mexican or Latina woman. She was extremely pure and kind. Aug /19/24

One of the slowest pharmacies I've ever been to. Also I have no clue why a prescription that is always $30 to be filled elsewhere. Was $240 here...... I understand certain places have different pricing, but that is crazy. They did apply a "coupon" that dropped it to $90 still triple the regular priced prescription. Will not be returning to any CVS, anytime soon.
