Just the other day I stopped in after calling to get information of coverage in the area since I recently just moved back and crystal ( hope I spelled it correctly ) was who I spoke with over the phone which gave excellent information and was so kind. While in the store she was just as confident as she was over the phone and I thoroughly enjoyed getting her help in the store as I received over the phone, thank you for helping me get my account set up with t-mobile.

I switched from Verizon and I’m extremely happy. My mobile expert Ethan was very informative on the whole process. He valued my time and was very polite. He followed up with me twice to make sure everything was good and that I didn’t have any issues or questions. I would recommend anyone to Ethan and this location. Thank you for making my experience awesome.

Horrible customer service. I went in to drop off my trade-in phone, and after 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting for them to “process” it, I called it quits and decided the $100 trade in credit wasn’t worth it. The first CSR, Ethan, worked with me before going in the back to make a “quick call”. 30 minutes later I approached Crystal to take the phone from me. I sat and watched her do something on an IPad for about 45 minutes, hardly acting like I existed.Once I left the shop, I noticed she left right after me. Guess I was holding her up.In that note, every customer who came in during this time left without having their issue resolved. One couple was getting charged on multiple credit cards. They were strung around between 2 CSRs for over an hour as well and were eventually told to dispute it with their CC provider.

Normally I don't go on here and write reviews but omg the experience I had at the t moblie in midland was horrendous. First I came in there and waited to even be acknowledged by anyone for over 30 minutes, then a t moblie worker(mark) appears out of the back to help me and was no help at all. My phone has been droping calls like crazy and my mom called the t moblie store to put me on as a advisor on the account and they cannot find my name for another half an hour, so I ended up getting upset after they wouldn't call another T-Mobile advisor to do a 3 way call with them to see what's going on. The only option was to call them myself. Mark just sat there refreshing an I pad. Mark also said the reason why he hates his job most is because "customers complain and there's really nothing he can do because it's all electronically". We also had five minutes of help from Calvin were he said it would be best if we called t moblie ourselves then walked away. I just can't believe this is how coustmer service is nowadays.

I switched recently, from Verizon and I’ve NEVER been happier. My mobile expert Tonia was very informative and transparent on the whole process. She valued my time and needs in a professional manner and was more than polite. I would recommend anyone and ever to this location. The rest of the team was very courteous as well. Five stars all around. Thank you guys for making it such a delight. I will most certainly be back and I look forward to it.

Kaleb was a great T mobile associate! He helped my dad & I today w/ upgrading our devices & adding new lines. He was very knowledgeable, patient and transparent throughout the whole process. Just all around a great associate!

We had the best experience at T-Mobile (Locust Location). Crystal was amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions. She stayed late to help us with the completion of our transfers. All of the ladies that were there that day jumped in to help too! I had to go back the following day to finish up part of the process and when I walked in, I felt like I was seeing my friends! I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that I really needed to this time! So impressed with the service we received at T-Mobile! 10/10 experience!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Martinez for the second time, and once again, she exceeded my expectations with her excellent customer service. Vanessa's knowledge of the products was impressive, and she provided valuable recommendations for the best plans that perfectly suited our family's needs. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. I greatly appreciate her assistance and look forward to future interactions with such a dedicated and knowledgeable Mobile Expert. Will definitely recommend working with Vanessa to others!!!

I have the pleasure of working with Vanessa and Austin in my experience today at T-mobile. They're professionalism and knowledge of their product made them stand out among the rest as season professionals. I also experienced Kaleb dealing with a customer on the floor as I was waiting for my service to be rendered and the patience and empathy that he exercised with such energy was spectacular? This entire staff is a breath of fresh air ?.

Ok so how many of you HATE to go to the phone store??? The Locust TMobile team makes it a game changer! Yes, I spent three hours in the store converting 3 phones lines and home internet! Vanessa M made it so easy! Thank you Kelvin for all of the info and helping me move to T Mobile! Vanessa did all the work and I just hung out and cut up with the team. And. BTW, I’m saving money!! If I had not realized a savings, I was switching any way - the service from Kelvin and Vanessa were worth it!Thinking of switching… go ahead, go see them, you’ll be glad you did!OH, one more thing… T Mobile is a HUGE community supporter! It’s not all about them, they are in the community serving and active in the Stanly County Chamber!

As tourists, we needed a sim for 2 months to use for navigation (data) and calls. All in we spend $95 getting set up at the T-Mobile in Menlo Park, NJ. We were not allocated the correct package and sim setup to link to IMEI was not done properly, so when I could not connect to the internet any longer to find our way around the country using Google maps.We then lost over 7 hours driving to and from, and standing in the T-Mobile in Locust, NC, trying to have the issue resolved. Kaleb was extremely enthusiastic, and spent hours on the customer care line on our behalf, but still no joy. A new sim was issued twice, but due to backend IT system issues, our package could not be successfully transferred. Eventually, after 6 hours we asked to see the manager, who was sitting in the back room relaying messages to us through his customer facing staff. We were encouraged to leave (kicked out) with the assurance of a refund and being given the $50 / 1 month unlimited package for our trouble, but instead they (manager: Kelvin) lied and only gave us the $10 package and no refund received (still nothing to date). The consultant, Kaleb, was very enthusiastic and accommodating, but he did not have authority necessary to give us a refund and simply issue a new sim card with the appropriate credit. I was highly disappointed to later discover our predicament, we had been lied to and our package ran out just days after leaving NC. I then had to visit another T-Mobile in Miami to pay another $50 to get a 1 month unlimited package to help us navigate through the rest of our trip. Service such as this is despicable and an insult to the consumer. Absolutely disgusted with after sale service and especially the LIES from the staff.

Went into the T-mobile store in Locust knowing what I wanted. Kyrii assisted me on my purchase. He was very professional by listening to my needs and provide his expertise on what would be the best overall plan and phone for me. Hands down he knows his stuff!! Thank you Kyrii

My experience at the locust store was so great I was treated with kindness and respect it was so nice not to many people can work in customer service however theses employees at the locust store are very good at what they do.

My husband and I went yesterday to learn more about the iPhone promotion at T Mobile in Locust and they have a great one for 55 plus! Crystal was our mobile expert and she was so wonderful with us! She was very knowledgeable about the program and explained everything in detail! She was very pleasant and sociable with us which made this experience enjoyable! Thank you Crystal and to all the wonderful staff at T Mobile!
