Theyre always so friendly and helpful. I don't know what you 1-star people did to make them not like you, but they would jump into a burning building to save my family if it came down to it. Well maybe not really but I can imagine they would.

This post office was very professional. One rep think her name was J was very patient with me in process of figuring out how to ship my items off. I know it can be a pain dealing with people sometimes but she remained very polite. I plan on using this post office more often. Thank you J and others.

First and last time visiting this location. Poor customer service. Not helpful and rude. Pray my package makes destination. Mailed package June 6 and it's June 28 return package still not at destination.

They're slow their automated service doesn't work all it will do is keep circling you back to the main menu it's useless and they like to send out mail in the same town to another town back to be delivered 3 days after they have it when all they had to do is send it from their location to the location that it needed to go to but no they would rather send it to another town and then back to the original town that it came.

The hours are loosely followed. I have gone there several times during advertised working hours and doors are locked yet cars are in the parking lot.

I had a Large Dog Crate to be delivered on a Saturday....they left a card saying mailbox full. Normally all my packages go on my porch, but not this time. I filled out the card and filled out one online asking for it to be delivered Monday and place it on porch. Well, go figure no Dog Crate on Monday...the mail lady wrote on slip wouldn't fit in car. I'm a reasonable person if she had wrote needs to be picked up I could have after work. Why was it not wrote on the slip the first time.

Have had many issues with pickup and delivery of mail. The lady at the post office is extremely rude when I try to get the issue resolved.Updated from 1 to 3 stars because I have seen a significant improvement. Only 3 because it's too early to be sure it's a real change. With covid and Christmas deliveries they have surpassed my expectations.
