They're slow their automated service doesn't work all it will do is keep circling you back to the main menu it's useless and they like to send out mail in the same town to another town back to be delivered 3 days after they have it when all they had to do is send it from their location to the location that it needed to go to but no they would rather send it to another town and then back to the original town that it came.

Love the lady with seashells in her hair, she's so sweet and is the best worker there. Nicest usps person I've ever come into contact with.

The hours are loosely followed. I have gone there several times during advertised working hours and doors are locked yet cars are in the parking lot.

I had a Large Dog Crate to be delivered on a Saturday....they left a card saying mailbox full. Normally all my packages go on my porch, but not this time. I filled out the card and filled out one online asking for it to be delivered Monday and place it on porch. Well, go figure no Dog Crate on Monday...the mail lady wrote on slip wouldn't fit in car. I'm a reasonable person if she had wrote needs to be picked up I could have after work. Why was it not wrote on the slip the first time.

Have had many issues with pickup and delivery of mail. The lady at the post office is extremely rude when I try to get the issue resolved.Updated from 1 to 3 stars because I have seen a significant improvement. Only 3 because it's too early to be sure it's a real change. With covid and Christmas deliveries they have surpassed my expectations.

Repeatedly refuses to deliver large packages. Fabricates tracking information to say that delivery was attempted, it never was.

Too large of a package placed on opening of mailbox. I took a picture of your laziness. But you don't allow any pictures to be posted on this review board. Luckily there wasn't any damage done to mailbox. But how much time would it have taken you to leave it on door step. Simply Laziness!
