Rick is definitely the best there. My boyfriend and I were coming in to switch from Walmart Family Mobile (terrible btw) and Rick helped us so much. Explaining to us all the deals and getting everything sorted with Verizon’s online customer service. Definitely coming to this location again with how nice everyone is. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking to switch. Not to mention all the student, paramedic, teacher, etc discounts.

Rick was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My husband needed helping filing a claim after his phone accidentally broke. Rick just wanted to hand us an 800 number without further instructions. We were in a an already frustrating situation when Rick began to make remarks about our kids, as if we needed help with our parenting. Personally, i would rather open up an app and play with my kids. It’s hard to do that especially when people like Rick don’t want to do their job and I need to advocate for us to make sure we are getting the help we need. He lacked compassion and professionalism.

Patrick at this store is awesome! He seemed to be newer but was able to resolve what Verizon had made extremely complicated. Get me an itemized final bill. You would think that’s an easy task. Beware Verizon will do anything in their power to send you to collections before they send you a final bill. Spent hours on the phone with all kinds of service representatives. Patrick was the only one with common sense. Stay away from Verizon. The service is horrible and the customer service is worse!! Would give this company negative stars if I could. They lock you out of your Verizon app so that you don’t see any breakdowns of your bill.

Went in to replace a phone for my father. Regina was super helpful!! There was a few people waiting when I walked in (with my 1yr old as well) and she was able to multitask, getting multiple people helped at the same time. Made things go super quick. Also was on the phone with support when my child started to get fussy. She jumped into action; offered her, her favorite cartoon and other stuff to pacify her. Regina was super thoughtful, knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. If I need anything in the future, I definitely hope she will be there to help!

I know you must know already what a great asset Regina at your Locust location is. I had the best customer service experience with her that I have had with any company in a long time. She took the time to explain the changes that were made on my account. To bad you can't clone her. You certainly have found a jewel.

Rick is the man! He made the process of getting my new Galaxy S22 a fun one even though there were a few activation glitches, and I really enjoyed his dry sense of humor though it all. He made sure that I got all the promotions available to me so I decided to upgrade my Galaxy watch, too! I highly recommend Rick if you want/need Verizon mobile!

Great store! Had a horrible experience calling Verizon trying to upgrade my phone, so I went to Verizon in locust and Rick made everything extremely easy for me, got the phone I wanted even got it a day early. He made sure to acknowledge me even when he had multiple customers in front of me, I’ve only been to the store in Albemarle and always just felt like a number and they didn’t care if you were there or not, not the case in locust it the only store I will go to from now on!
