I must say overall great services. Came in for a battery replacement. John and the other staff were kind and receptive to my concerns. The crew provided me a variety of options for my battery replacement needs. The only downside was the lack of cell service inside the building. With no customer wifi access available, people may be missing opportunities to save with the stores online deals.

Placed my order online. When I arrived, my order was picked and ready to go. I had work to do on two vehicles so I had quite a bit of merch. The fellow who retrieved and completed my order even helped me haul it out to the truck. The folks there were super friendly. Can't ask for much more from your auto parts supplier.

The end of customer service. I go in there at 9:30am on Friday. No other customers there except me. 2 people behind the counter working at their computers. Im standing right in front of one and directly in view of the other. I continue standing for 2-3 minutes. Neither looked up, or asked if they could help me or even "I'll be right with you". I needed a new battery. So I walked out. I went just down the street to autozone. Like night and day.
