Horrible customer service. I went in today December 16th around 2:30 pm to possibly purchase a phone. The young lady that "helped" me seemed like she was irritated that I walked into the store. I was on the receiving end of several eye rolls and sighs. She was rude and had a terrible attitude. I walked out because I felt so disrespected. I then drove to youngsville where I was treated with respect and courtesy. Another customer I met in Youngsville had the same complaint. She lives in Louisburg and said she will never go into the Louisburg store again. I have no idea who manages this store but they clearly will hire anyone.

Great overall experience, walked in to get a phone upgrade. The Employee there, she was very nice and helpful, made sure everything was good before I left.

Worst customer service ever , will sell you anything to get your money and will not help if there’s a problem with your device. The store manger is also rude he huge up on sale representative and would not answer the phone so he did not have to deal with the problem on hand! I went to return a phone next day the supposed to be brand new because no one could hear me on it at times and they stated it’s prolly my service it’s nothing they can do when clearly I’ve been in the same locations as before with my other phone and had no problems
