Ordered food in drive thru and the order was rung up correctly, however, when you get your food it's always wrong. Then when we called the store after getting home from work. our sandwich was wrong they wanted us to keep the sandwich until another day and bring the wrong sandwich back to get a replacement. We worked at McDonald's and this one is a joke. I will be calling the DM tomorrow and spoke to them.

This McD is one nightmare I would rather forget. The inside is small, they want to force you to use the kiosk, hardly no parking and slow service. When the 2 subdivisions are finished and people move in and other food places open up this McD could close down. Only Taco Bell is worse here.

Literally the worst McDonald's you can go to. Never fails they will mess up the order even when you go over it to them multiple times. I don't get how they can get it wrong tike after time when it goes up on the screen correctly.

customers service on the weekends and after 10 pm on the week day is trash, there machine is always broke down as much money as McDonald's make they can't keep the Mc cafe machine working or the employees are just to lazy to clean it coffee it always taste burnt, an attitude when you ask a question

Always have order issues at this McDonalds. That is why I refuse to use the drive-through. Today, we used the kiosk to order our meal. It asked for there or to go. We clicked to eat there. We paid at the kiosk and then put in our table marker number. About 5 minutes later, an employee came to our table, took the marker, and informed us that our meal was ready at the counter. I went up to get it, and it was bagged and not traded. When we opened the bag it was one sandwich short. Took the bag and receipt back to the counter. She opened the bag, removed everything, turned around and took a sandwich out of the ready slide, and put in the bag. She did not say sorry for the mistake or anything. She pushed the bag back across the counter and then turned away to do other business. Not good bag or tray prep, and deffinatly not good customer service.Parking: Removed many spaces for double drive through and lost over half parking for call in pick ups

This place is a joke. My family and I went there yesterday for lunch. First of all, I haven't been to a Mcdonald's since they remodeled them to look and feel like a prison. They made sure you do not have access to anything but the person taking your order and even that doesn't help when that person might physically be there but not mentally. She seemed uninterested in taking my order and after I paid she just stood there looking off and never gave me a receipt. I asked if I was good and she was like "Yeah" and wouldn't even look at me. At least 8 people came and went after we placed our order. After what felt like forever I went up and had to look back where I saw a few workers fulfilling drive-thru orders while my bag and Happy Meal just sat there. The girl that was working the front would walk back and forth and avoided eye contact with me so I had to finally ask where my order was. She went back and looked at the bag and happy meal and mumbled something to the two people standing near it. She came back and was like oh they are working on it. My husband finally came up and said we just want a refund. She went back to tell one of the two people who I guess was a so called manager. They looked at the order and were like oh this was from 30 minutes ago and giggled. The manager finally came up and took forever to refund my card and didn't say a word to me. No apology. Nothing. This place is the biggest joke ever. We went down the street and had the best service and decent food at KFC.

Very slow. I went through the drive thru on lane 2 and they let about 6 to 7 cars that got there after me go ahead from lane 1. After I finally ordered they got my order wrong.

Don’t go through the drive-thru. Rid me back my order, but what I got was wrong. Very disrespectful too. Won’t be going back.
