Sam was very understanding of our situation, and was very patient with us as he worked to fulfill our requests and addressed any questions we had. Sam went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, despite a few unexpected developments on my family's end. My family and I aren't too experienced with renting UHauls, but Sam and his family made a stressful moving experience much easier by providing us with top notch customer service. It was my first time driving a UHaul, and Sam and his boys gave me plenty of tips and pointers to ensure I would handle it safely and properly.
