We've been here to pick up a trailer we reserved online on 3 or 4 occasions and each time it's a nightmare trying to get help and get the app to accept a driver's license photo. We abandoned the effort this time.

Had to borrow their big boy yesterday and the owner and the owner’s son was amazing, GREAT customer service and very responsive. We will definitely come to this location again, God bless you.

Outstanding customer service! In any business communication is key. Sam was always there to pick up the phone when I called. He answered all my questions, he helped me make arrangements, and most of all he kept to his word.
