The manager of the bank wrote me cashiers check for remaining balance of check that was too much to cash( not that much) then weeks later I'm having trouble cashing the cashiers check bc of my work schedule I get off very close see to 5 . So I figured for sure they would cash it seeing she wrote it but NO they wouldn't CASH THERE OWN CHECK, seeing the bank manager from the Youngsville branch personally called and told her to refuse bc I had words with her. Very unprofessional ALL THE WAY AROUND , POOR JUDGEMENT SEEING I talk to corporate office and put in complaints with both managers hopefully they clean mess up

This bank wrote me a cashiers check for half of what my original check was now the manager is refusing to cash a cashiers check they wrote me, please take ur banking needs elsewhere

Was my favorite bank until last week. They switched banks or whatever and I was never notified, so I was confused why I couldn't access my online banking. I called and they said wait till Monday, wait till Monday, wait till Monday. Monday came and I still couldn't access online banking. So for the rest of the week I tried calling and NOBODY would pick up the phone. I would be on hold up to 30-40 minutes with customer service and this bank before the call would fall off. I'm done with this bank and it's awful customer service.

We have had our business and personal accounts with the Louisburg branch of Union Bank for over 10 years. We highly recommend them. Excellent customer service year after year.

After many years of doing all our banking at a “big” bank and never knowing who our banker was. We decided to open a personal and our business accounts with Union Bank. It has been such a dramatic difference, the staff made us feel so welcomed.I am very happy we made and are in the process of shifting to OUR bank- Union Bank
