A wide selection of clothing and home goods including items like dressers, tables and other furniture. They also have men's women's and children's clothing as well as shoes and a very helpful staff that are friendly and courteous

Laura who is the manager was confrontational with me and was super rude to everyone in line as she was the cashier. I don't care if you are having a bad day, but don't take it to work and take it out on your customers....not cool!!!

Lots of parking, smelled so good as soon as you walked in..unlike some Goodwill's, where u get hit with that old smell when u walk in. The clothes were placed by color, which was Great 👍. So many books I didn't even get 2 look thru them all bc they were putting more out. Just writing this review makes me wanna get up and go again!!,

Employees:
Not expecting much, but being told that I cannot look at something which is in the back, unless I buy it first, is absurd. This was the reason I had to, unfortunately, ask to speak with the manager.
Manager:
The manager was needlessly rude and condescending, just answering basic questions.

I got awesome service in the store and that’s good when you’re having a bad day. Jennifer checked me out. She noticed something wrong and she fixed the situation without me having to ask
She had great social skills and she’s always so bubbly kind and polite
Thanks so much for good service
The store is always stocked properly and in order
They do have restrooms although I didn’t use them

I’ll give two stars because the employees are always very friendly and checkout service is quick.
However, I’ve been coming to this location for years and some things have gone downhill and I’ve been pretty frustrated with my recent experiences there. First of all, when Covid hit, rather than temporarily closing their fitting rooms, they decided to completely get rid of them altogether for some reason?? Anyone who thrifts (especially women) knows the challenge of thrifting clothing because you can’t just go by the size on the tag. A Medium in one brand could be a Small in another. Unless you really know your brands and get lucky enough to find them at this Goodwill, you’re not gonna know if anything will fit you until you get home and have already spent your money. Even if you do find something in your size, it’s used, so sometimes things are shrunk or stretched out. If you try to return any items that didn’t fit, they’ll just give you a Goodwill gift card for that amount - not your money. Which may or may not be helpful for you. Either way, you’re wasting time and trips back and forth to the store. There aren’t even any mirrors around where you can hold items up to you to at least get an idea if they fit. I don’t understand the reason for getting rid of the fitting rooms, but please bring them back.
Another issue I have is that the $5 regular dresses keep getting thrown into the $10 formal dress section. I know customers put things in the wrong spots and things get mixed up, but recently, MOST of the dresses I’ve seen in the formal section have been just regular dresses. There’s only been a couple of actual formal dresses in there. That’s a whole 50% price difference and it‘s frustrating when you’re looking for a formal dress and having to go through irrelevant clothing. I see employees working hard, but I think this is an area that needs more attention.
Another thing is that the hangers are all very old and not functioning properly. As you go through racks, clothes are constantly falling off the hangers and you eventually have to just give up putting them back on because you’re wasting so much time. I know they re-use hangers, but I think it’s time for new ones. I don’t want to spend my whole time shopping picking up clothes off the floor and putting them back up.
Finally, they don’t seem to be bagging purchases anymore. You have to awkwardly walk to your car with a pile of clothes in your hands. I have no idea what that’s about, but please go back to giving customers bags.
This used to be a pretty nice Goodwill and I’ve been giving it lots of chances, but ever since 2020, my shopping experiences have felt like an afternoon wasted rather than a productive trip. I really hope some positive changes will be made soon.

Went by to donate some things and stood there 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Guy passed by me 2x and I tapped on door with my rings to get his attention since the sign clearly stated that they take donations until 7. Finally, another guy opened the door and claimed they didn't hear me until my husband blew the horn. I'm not stupid. A bell sounded when we drove into carport inside. Then, he says the guy who ignored us was off the clock. How rude!! I'm definitely not going to donate here again. Salvation Army, here I come!

Goodwill is a treasure trove of color-coordinated racks that look like a 90s rainbow explosion, complete with the charming scent of nostalgia and old books. The prices are unbeatable, so you can look stylish for cheap while embracing that vintage vibe!

Terrible!!! The fact that this store has decided to put every item by color & not by size, I spend 3x longer searching the entire clothing area for my size. Anything that I would like, it happened to be a different size. I don't know what bright mind thought that it would be a great idea to make a consumer go through every single item by playing hide & seek for their size. By the time I was done, I had no more energy or desire to head over to other departments. I can't even imagine how elderly people or ppl with disabilities suffer to find items. Please follow the sizing system of every store on earth !!!!
