Akil was wonderful to work with. Honest and upfront the whole time. I never felt forced or pressured into anything. He worked with me to find exactly what I wanted to fit my budget. Can't recommend him enough!

I applied for a vehicle that was available. I submitted my application Friday night. My credit was ran the next morning and I had spent my day working out a deal with one of the salesman. I was told I was “good to go” Saturday evening - in text message so this is documented. Then I was told on Monday after I had to follow up with the dealership several times that someone else had sold the same car to another customer. When asking for the GM in text and answers as to what was going to be done about this issue, I’ve yet to receive an answer. What begun as a good experience has turned into being completely unacceptable mess. Unless the dealership makes good on what they have done, I wouldn’t trust this place.

Tim and his team in the service department were awesome. Had to take our Yukon in for an oil change and inspect the airbag light that had come on. Replaced airbag through warranty so we didn’t have to pay. Also dropped me off and picked me up via their shuttle which made life much easier. They’ve gained our business moving forward.

The sales associate, Veronica Hill, who took care of my Chevy Tahoe purchase, did a wonderful job. She’s absolutely amazing, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She made my Chevy purchasing experience easy and pleasant. She gave me updates on status of my new car, worked with me on pricing, service (leather seating for all 3 rows), onstar, test driving, logistics, financing etc. It was truly a great experience and I would definitely recommend friends and family to your dealership. Thank you Veronica for the fantastic customer service!

Best service department I've ever encountered!! I broke down heading back to FL and had to park my truck in their lot until they opened on Monday. Brittany in the service department called me first thing and was able to get my vehicle looked at timely that day. She kept me informed every step of the way regarding my transmission replacement. She dealt with the extended warranty company and everything so I wouldn't have to.

The most consistent service department I've ever visited. I've never seen anyone get upset. It's very rare that a dealership knows how to deliver excellent customer service and a high level of satisfaction. It's probably because they value their employees and that type of behavior trickles down.

Came in for tire repair, scheduled service for following day, arrived as scheduled and returned a few hours later to pick up car. Service through Tim Spivey was as promised and with his usual honesty and personalization.

Sales rep Katie was great to work with. I put a deposit on a 2024 Trax that's currently somewhat difficult to find. There were no stupid markups and the price they emailed me was the price I paid. They also accepted my GM supplier discount without hesitation. Yes, the finance guy will try to sell you an extended warranty but that's to be expected. And I love the Trax. It's definitely not the same vehicle as the previous generation

Internet timing was great, along with follow up email and text. Phone call was made to complete the starting of a sale. At the dealership was greeted by salesperson, started deal transaction with introduction of salesmanger then to finance. Very efficient and timely. Have to give five out of five stars.

I highly recommend Chevrolet Of Gastonia. Their customer service was very great. Katie Reid made sure that she helped find me a car that fitted my needs. I was very SATISFIED. My experience at Gastonia Buick GMC Cadillac is always consistent. The staff is pleasant and smiling. My visits are quick with excellent communication, and the dealership is clean. They have gourmet coffee in the lounge area. Great place!

The service department was great. They were courteous and prompt. As for the sales manager Mr. Cumbee and Terry Martin they need to be sent through customer service training again. The sales manager approached me about purchasiing my car...offered me a bottle of water and never returned with the bottle of water....he sent Terry Martin over to discuss the purchase of my vehicle...Martin never returned to speak with me about an offer or anything else. As I was leaving the dealership, I asked him (Martin) about the purchase offer and he said the manager has your numbers. Martin went on to say I will call you in five minutes with an offer. It's a week later and I haven't heard from the sales manager nor Martin. Maybe the sales manager should be demoted to washing cars and Martin will be his helper. Maybe they will be successful at that job.
