The most consistent service department I've ever visited. I've never seen anyone get upset. It's very rare that a dealership knows how to deliver excellent customer service and a high level of satisfaction. It's probably because they value their employees and that type of behavior trickles down.

I don't even know where to begin, This dealership has all the red flags that your typical dealership has. I went in on a Friday (9/9/22) to see an SUV that I saw online (which is still post it and it's in their lot) I walked in to the dealership asking for a sales person available, which I was working with the sales person Eddie, I got to see the suv test drove it but I had an appointment I had to leave but I told him that I will be back. when trying to leave a dealership you know how it goes, One of the managers offer me to take the car to my appointment I declined that offer because I didn't want to feel pressured. Then another manager asked what we needed to do to get the deal done I told him I just have to go to my appointment and I had to think about it and offer me more for my trading. I couldn't make get back the same day I text the sales person Eddie the next day early in the morning (9/10/22) keep in mind they open at 9 AM. I text him almost close to 10 am that I want to go ahead and apply for the car he sent me a link for the application, They ran my credit within 10 minutes of them running my credit I got a text from him saying that the car was sold. And he was just giving me a lot of lies. He said that they had an appointment on that car that Friday afternoon which is a lie because if they did why would they tell me to take the car to my appointment, Second he told me that somebody went to look at in the morning and bought it. It was just lie after lie and I told him I said it doesn't make sense if you knew the car was sold why did you make me apply for it. In the car it's been in their lot for almost a month I've seen it where the price was set up over $53k and now it's drop to $49k it's nothing but your typical liars that work at a dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Since the original owner left this place has gone downhill. All they can do is change oil not sure if they can do that correct. Took in my suburban to Get diagnosed and after an hour and a half they were wondering why I came there nothing has been done.

I have been bringing my Cadillac Escalade here for a good while. When Jason was there I had absolutely no issues. I've always was provided a loaner car no matter what year my truck is!! I recently called and scheduled an appointment to have my check engine light checked along with my brakes. I was provided a time to come and drop off my truck and was informed I would get a loaner. When I arrived last month I was informed that I was not able to get a loaner because they did not have any available and also because my truck is an older model. I have never been told that when Jason Fink was there!! Nobody contacted me to inform me that there were not loaners available. I will never ever go back to this location again. This was very disappointing and now I will find somewhere else to take my "old " Escalade to be worked on!!

A hung Thank You goes out to Julia Lopez she went above and beyond and was so kind and super nice and really worked hard to put me in my 2009 Dodge Dakota Big Horn I picked up on 10/22/20 I traveled 5 hours one way to get this truck and with all Julia Lopez hard work everything was waiting and all I had to do was sign some paperwork and was out the door and in my truck with in under a hour. if your looking for a new or used car or truck ask to speak to Julie Lopez I truly can't say enough nice things about her. With all the texts and emails she and I sent getting everything that was needed she was amazing for putting up with me I was not a easy loan for her and she got it done. so Thank you Thank you and Thank you.

They run Fake Ads on CarGurus It's called Bait an Switch They put a cheap price on a new vehicle But what people don't understand is when they show up to see the vehicle,they tell you it has been sold, then try you sell you something else Buyer Beware

We have had our issues over the years with this dealership- but we like to buy local. After today's service visit I am done. The last three service visits have been terrible with the price going up each time. Today's $77 oil change and tire rotation was the last straw. Service technician response when asked about the increase, "oil prices are up". Done!
