An ad came across my social media saying " only 1 cent down or $1 down" so I gave it a try. I ordered a sofa online with the 1 cent down. It said allow 3 days for delivery. 3 weeks go by and I still hadn't heard from them. I called twice to get an update to be told they didn't see my order in the system at first. Then said, "oh since you ordered online I don't have an update. It will be here when it gets here and then we will call you." So during week 3 they call and say, " your order is ready to be delivered, however we need a payment before we can deliver." Mind u when i ordered my 1st bill date was January 15th. They didn't call to deliver until January 10th. They went ahead and delivered but said they were not supposed to deliver until they collected the payment that was due on January 15th... Same thing with my daughter. She used the same $1 deal online... a month has gone by and they did the same thing to her. Demanded the payment that wasnt due until the 15th... she wasnt prepared to pay it. Especially being she hadn't even received the tv yet and it had been a month she has been waiting....nonetheless, they never delivered the tv. In my opinion this has all been rude and bad business. I'm going to return the sofa. I don't like how they do business. I don't know how other locations are. I wouldn't recommend to anyone personally.

Terrible communication. Was told from 2 different employees that I would be getting a refund waited three weeks and was told I wouldtt get one. The general manager pretty much said idc I’m the manager and I’m saying no. Can’t keep employees to save their life everytime I called to speak with someone the employee quit lol. A hot mess wouldn’t recommend.

Range Brunner stop working been waiting a month and nothing has been done. I have never been late or missed a payment.Stove is not a year old yet.

Okay I'll have to say I was skeptical in coming here... we had a previous issue with another low rated lease to own company which ended horribly.They set up our furniture in no time and made sure it was to our liking. If anything breaks or needs repairs during the time of lease they'll fix it ( as long as you have the necessary protection plan ).However, I can say the guys here at Aaron's of Lumberton are superb. We've been a loyal customer for nearly 3 years ! We did have a few issues here and there but these guys are really understanding and they work with you. I definitely recommend going to Aaron's of Lumberton, see Don and his crew of very attentive and friendly associates!

They are okay, but when I received my chair as soon as I sat in it the spring popped out on both chairs. Once a week I turn it over and put it back in. I just deal with it so I have to pay for these chairs for 2 years. Smh
