I had a ? About my new 1st month cell phone. I went into the Lumberton, N.C. office to ask them about it. Staff was quite courteous, polite & the young man that assisted me was very understanding & explained each area to help me understand it more. Quite a Crew there. Nya and Lydell gave the best customer service I’ve ever had. They were lively and fun to talk to they helped me with all of my issues and made the experience fun and I hope that any time I go into AT&T that one or both of them are working and I can work with them again they are fantastic.

Going to cell stores is always stressful, but despite how busy the store was, the store rep provided excellent service. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a cell store. Star was an awesome employee to work with.

I wish I could give the store 10 stars!! Zach was very helpful and friendly despite the late hour. He got us all taken care of!! The man is a superstar!! Will definitely seek him out in the future.

Update: I’ve upped my review to 4 stars as the district person took care of this as soon as I posted the review below. Thank you for finally resolving this issue. Dylan in the local store was also most helpful!I bought an iPhone 12 mini in March, 2022. Within a day I knew it wasn’t what I needed so asked about exchanging it. I was told that is an option for a small fee. I retuned the 12 for a 13 pro max. Now corporate AT&T is charging me $660 for the 12 mini saying they never received it. Where’s that phone? Come on local- fix this problem! You have the phone. I am told Toni, the local manager is only one who can fix it. Toni, please fix this. You have the phone.
