“TOYOTA DEALERS - TAKE A LESSON FROM PETERSON!
Imagine my dismay, on a 600 mile road trip back to Pennsylvania, when the front bumper of my 2015 Toyota Camry decided to disconnect from the car. Yeah! I had 600 miles to go, and it was a Saturday at noon.
Imagine my astonishment when I landed at Peterson's Service Center. Thanks to the professional service of Curtis and his team, they were able to very safely secure the bumper so that I got back to PA without a worry.
And it wasn't only Curtis and team ... the lovely cashier-in-pink insisted that the sales team make fresh popcorn for us, as we waited.
My parting thought: I no longer deal with the Toyota dealerships close to my home in Western PA ... service was sorely lacking and pricing was highly questionable. PITTSBURGH / WASHINGTON TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS: TAKE NOTE OF PETERSON. They know how to create and deliver a professional environment and a world-class service team. AND build customer loyalty, based on the confidence they inspire.
Thanks to the fabulous Curtis and the service team, and the sales team, and the cashier. I will never forget how you rescued me. So THIS IS WHAT SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY IS ALL ABOUT!

“I’ve used Black’s Tire for years but I have never used this location. I went in and was greeted by Susan and she was more than accommodating to the needs that I had. I was actually helping another person out with their car. I was given the cost and the time needed for the tire sensors to be replaced. I left the car there and was contacted promptly when it was done. Another place quoted a higher price and the sensors were on back order. I cannot thank Susan enough for making this so easy for a customer that sometimes feels a little vulnerable when it comes to unfamiliar situations. I highly recommend this location and all Black’s Tire locations.”

“Whenever my car breaks down and I can't fix it there my turn to guys! They did a transmission job for me a year ago and now I'm getting a new motor put in. The transmission job was 1800 all together with parts and labor, and the job took less than a week to complete. I'm currently waiting on them to fix the motor so I don't know what the price of the motor job is.”
“It's been a few years now, but this is long overdue. My wife and her mother were on a trip when she began to have car trouble. She called me with the symptoms and I suspected that it was the alternator. I told her to go to a local Auto Zone for them to test it. The alternator was bad. The Honda shop could not get to it. It just so happened that a man was in Auto Zone who said that he could fix the car. Don't ask me why, but she trusted him. I read the bad reviews and tried finding a number to this shop but got nothing. I could not reach my wife on the phone. I was scared to death that something had happened to her. I called the police and asked them to ride by. They went and reported that there was NO ONE at this address. Panic! In the end, he did repair the car. My wife drove to an ATM and he followed her. That's why no one was at the address. The car was repaired correctly. It took longer than we expected but the price was more than fair. As far as I'm concerned, this guy was a godsend. I feel it only fair to post this review and report this good deed. We are very grateful.”
