“I had a vehicle that overheated. unfortunately BTAS was closed at the time but thankfully I was able to utilize their services the following day. Their diagnostic was less than 10mins and I was told they would have my vehicle fixed by Monday, since it was a Friday. I got notified before the day was over that my vehicle was fixed and ready! Their service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend BTAS to anyone.”

Imagine my dismay, on a 600 mile road trip back to Pennsylvania, when the front bumper of my 2015 Toyota Camry decided to disconnect from the car. Yeah! I had 600 miles to go, and it was a Saturday at noon.
Imagine my astonishment when I landed at Peterson's Service Center. Thanks to the professional service of Curtis and his team, they were able to very safely secure the bumper so that I got back to PA without a worry.
And it wasn't only Curtis and team ... the lovely cashier-in-pink insisted that the sales team make fresh popcorn for us, as we waited.
My parting thought: I no longer deal with the Toyota dealerships close to my home in Western PA ... service was sorely lacking and pricing was highly questionable. PITTSBURGH / WASHINGTON TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS: TAKE NOTE OF PETERSON. They know how to create and deliver a professional environment and a world-class service team. AND build customer loyalty, based on the confidence they inspire.
Thanks to the fabulous Curtis and the service team, and the sales team, and the cashier. I will never forget how you rescued me. So THIS IS WHAT SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY IS ALL ABOUT!

“Amazing service. They inspected my vehicle, ordered parts, and had me in for an appointment 3 days later for a factory recall. I was in shock because the last dealership in Albuquerque promised to call me back when parts were in...and 6 months later...nothing! They had a shuttle take me home (twice! unfortunately, because I forgot my house key on my Keychain and had to go back for them) then had a minivan shuttle to come pick my kids and me up because they were out of school by the time they finished. I will definitely be trusting them for any future service or repairs. One of the best dealerships I've been to, honestly.”

“It's been a few years now, but this is long overdue. My wife and her mother were on a trip when she began to have car trouble. She called me with the symptoms and I suspected that it was the alternator. I told her to go to a local Auto Zone for them to test it. The alternator was bad. The Honda shop could not get to it. It just so happened that a man was in Auto Zone who said that he could fix the car. Don't ask me why, but she trusted him. I read the bad reviews and tried finding a number to this shop but got nothing. I could not reach my wife on the phone. I was scared to death that something had happened to her. I called the police and asked them to ride by. They went and reported that there was NO ONE at this address. Panic! In the end, he did repair the car. My wife drove to an ATM and he followed her. That's why no one was at the address. The car was repaired correctly. It took longer than we expected but the price was more than fair. As far as I'm concerned, this guy was a godsend. I feel it only fair to post this review and report this good deed. We are very grateful.”

The cost of our transmission repair was expensive, but that was mostly due to cost and limited availability of the actual part. I think the cost of installation was reasonable. “He is a very nice guy but we caught him at a bad time he's going out soon to have double hip surgery. He is very nice guy and we did have somewhere to sit while we waited on our oil to get changed which only took about 15 minutes. He even checked my tire rod ends to see if they were OK. But would I go back to him? I had to buy my own oil & filter and he charged me $25 after I bought everything. I usually go to Walmart where I don't have to do that and it's about $50. Plus I bought 5 and still after I left had to go buy 2 more and I put them in myself at the store I was at,but he would of put them in for me if I would of drove back. So it was $49 for the oil then oil filter and $25 for him to do it verses $50nat walmart with them checking a few more things and a reminder sticker. But like I said will I ever go back to Morgan's yes if I needed to yes I would.”
