The worst bank ever. Closed me account didn’t inform me that they close my account until I called them and now I have to wait a whole week 3-5 business days to get my money from them. What kind of mess is that. Wouldn’t banks with them ever again. And lil Ms ma’am had an attitude on the phone when I called.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service. I went in to open a new account and was treated with nothing but kindness and respect from start to finish. Courtney was amazing and was so patient, despite some technical issues. She never gave up on me or seemed bothered. I am so happy we switched banks!
