Ridiculously slow ... standing in line for 30 minutes and have not moved up. Only 2 (1 on window and 1 taking care of the inside) tellers on a friday morning is kind of crazy to me.

I went into this bank to deposit something money into my grandsons' savings accounts. First had to wait although there were 4 tellers each doing something besides helping customers. Then I was told that they have no restrooms. Strange that convenient stores have them for the public, but this bank doesn't. I look at it this way: I can either mail in deposits from now on, or I can switch banks. The one thing I can guar6is that I will not darken the door of this branch again.

I opened an account the lady lied about having temporary cards and I ended up fixing the situation and returned to get the card the branch manager had me sitting for an hour for something she said she had sat aside for me while she opened more accounts not to mention I had to go home and fix my on line banking terrible like the bank but service is trash

The worst bank in history. Everyone there should be FIRED!!!!! Customer service is terrible. I would not hire any individual if there resume has this bank on it.

Worst customer service EVER. Four (4) drive - throughs open, being handled by one (1) employee. Forced to wait in line over an hour until my it wasmy turn to deposit a check. Hire more employees or watch your customer base transfer to a bank that cares!!!!

I’ve been inside in line for over 10 min! The drive thru is moving at least! Slow slow!! I’m thinking of moving my business to another bank!!!

BBnT @Lumberton,NC is the worst branch of the local banks in the US with my experience. Slow and lazy.. The waiting line is a mile long and they are talking and laughing inside the plastic wall. No matter how many people are on the line, it’s not their business. Horrible horrible customer service every singe day. I hope they have another branch in this town. All these people gotta get fired ASAP

There cant be a manager here. Every week the line is to the door. The staff is working nonchalantly. Expect to be here at least an hour.

The customer service is terrible. The only person I've been able to get to actually assist me with issues I have with my account is Andrew. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Will be closing this account soon.

This oficina is a nightmare is not enough staff, they there is a terrible delay attending more or less must wait half an hour to make in deposit, what a horror.
