Staff members are noted as very friendly and helpful in finding items. Customer service experiences vary, with some visits involving long waits at checkout while cashiers talk or are slow to assist. During busy times, very few staff are noticeable on the floor.
Huge store, but not enough associates. Need signs in the very middle explaining where the doors & exits are.

My friend had ordered something from Belk and she asked me to pick it up for her. The sales lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful. While I was waiting, I watched another sales associate interact with a couple. He was also very friendly and helped them quickly
