“I can’t say enough good things about this car wash. The owner “Jose” showed true honesty and integrity when he went out of his way to call me about something worth almost $3000 very important that I had lost. Instead of ignoring it or taking advantage, he immediately reached out to make sure it was returned safely. That kind of character is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about the way he runs his business.
If he takes that much care and honesty with people, you can trust he’ll treat your car with the same level of respect and attention. Highly recommend this car wash — not just for the quality of work, but for the trustworthy people behind it.”
“Didn't wash my car. Just vacuumed it out. The car wash seemed to be clean and tidy. The vacuum had good suction and did the job. May go back and wash my car.”
“best detail my car has ever seen ? it took about 4.5 hours for the nice man be finished but boy was it worth it!!! great customer service and even better results!”
“I have been a longtime monthly member of Hurricane for several years, and they NEVER disappoint! They always do a great job, the vacuums are always awesome, and they keep rags and sprays stocked and ready. I’m a huge fan!
A few days ago, I went by the Whiteville location to get a LONG overdue wash. I normally go every few days but a headlight seal had been ordered for my car and until it was installed, I was prohibited from running it through any automatic washes. Alex and Kyle were working that day and when I told them why it had been a while since my last visit, they took a lot of extra time pre-scrubbing the front bumper (it was gross). And after the auto wash was complete, it looked brand new! I didn’t even have to wipe it down; they were PHENOMENAL I appreciate them SO MUCH!
The entire staff at the Whiteville location is amazing, and I tell everybody about how much of value the monthly membership is…it’s definitely a no-brainer. So thank you for all y’all do!”

“Always pleased with how clean my vehicle is both on the inside and outside! Care is taken with the vehicle and they totally respect any items found in the car leaving what they find on the seat, including change!!”
“Amazing customer service and car wash. We were just driving through on 7.16.26 we had been driving through the night and as you know summers in the south brings lots of dead bugs on your front bumper especially if you do a lot of driving at night. They were able to clean are white pathfinder better than any car wash I’ve been through. The bumper was completely white again. The young man that helped us was very nice and friendly.”
“We were in and out in an hour and a half. The place was clean, and the bathroom could use some work starting with a new faucet. We got change front the coin machine, and some of the coins were dummy coins, so be aware.”
“Tommy & Jan Lee are wonderful people; personally and business wise. I've known them many years and can't say enough good things about them. AS for used automobiles they are in my opinion The BEST. Thank you both. My Nissan Altima is still running GREAT! THANKS AGAIN”
