Items were missing when delivered. Mattress was switched for what they called an upgrade when we opened plastic cover mattress was wet and moldy. Bed frame was not delivered when they offered a different frame it was rusted. Tried to call them and even though they close at 6 they stopped answering phone at 5.

I am still waiting for mattresses I ordered 5 weeks ago. I paid in full for these mattresses. No one will find out when they will be delivered to us. what is bad My family has given this company lots of Business and we get no respect.

We purchased furniture on October 14th we were told approximately 2weeks for arrival the sales associate says he called the manufacturer and it was available, three weeks later we call and were told it was discontinued. Cox says they tried to call multiple times no message was left voice mail was not full and only one missed call showed on phone on 22nd. After multiple calls to get the charge on or credit card reversed did they say they would get it reversed, We finally talked to Wells Fargo on the 11th and filed a dispute because it was not done yet. Cox has a huge sign in warehouse that states all sales final no refunds seems they don't want to refund even if they don't deliver buyer beware!
