“I rarely have to bank in person. However, when I do, I go here, since the one on Fayetteville Rd is so congested.The employees here are very friendly and polite. I have had to call on a few occasions and they are super and knowledgeable, if they don't know the answer to a question they are willing to find it. They put you on hold and come back with an answer!”

“I did business at this credit union for more than a decade. You can count on them to be honest and not to take advantage. They will not nickel and dime you with hidden and unexpected fees. The seem to treat their employees much better than a typical banking establishment. Yes, it's at a busy location, as other reviews have stated. But that's obvious and there's not anything the business can do about it. There's a light at the location and it's best that you plan the time of visit and location approach to minimize the impact of wait times/traffic. Highly recommended.”
