I have just left CVS on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton and I am very upset. I had a prescription of an inhaler filled on Tuesday and I am suppose to get four uses per day. I followed the instructions but was only able to get two sprays. I am suppose to spray twice one time which really means I only got to use the inhaler once and it cost me $47.00. I tried to return it as defective but the pharmacist would not talk to me . The clerk said I had to notify the manufacturer because they could not get THEIR $money back. Are they for real? They are the ones that sold me the medicine . Are you telling me CVS has to worry about $47.00. I am also sure I was over charged because I'm on Medicare and they are suppose to pay the larger portion of my bill. Needless to say I will no longer be filling my prescriptions at CVS!

It's ridiculous how rude and how slow this pharmacy is. The employees at the front of the store are very friendly and helpful... the employees in the pharmacy are horrible. I'm moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I have been in many, many CVS pharmacies around the east and west coast. I have never been to one with the quality of service as low as this one. The 3 stars are earned by only person I have actually had the pleasure to deal with who is the young pharmacist, female, (and I apologize if I get her heritage incorrectly since I don't remember her name, she might be from either India or Guyana) who was attentive, nice and took her time to address my situation. The young lady up front is rude, and when I called on the phone, the lady that answered didn't even have the courtesy to stop fumbling with a paper bag right next to the receiver so I could hear what she was saying. Everyone else I have met in this town has been extremely pleasant and helpful, but sadly, the CVS doesn't measure up to the rest of the population.

Brian was very respectful of my privacy. I had a 'female' question that I wanted to ask him but I didn't want the others around me to hear everything. He didn't mind stepping out of the pharmacy - even though it was very busy - and walking me down an aisle where there were no customers so we could talk with privacy. Awesome experience and his advice was spot-on. I am so glad that he is my pharmacist.
