Stop by for a refreshment after a long drive. Drive thru was busy but counter inside was empty. Young lady behind counter gave me a rushed generic greeting. Upon giving me my blizzard instead of the traditional flip she laid it on the side like she fell and I was going to wear it instead of eating it. She picked it back up, turned her head and walked away. I got the apple pie blizzard and it was what you would expect to half way down, then all it was at the bottom was vanilla ice cream not fixed with topping. Ordered a medium blizzard but only half of it was a true blizzard. No thanks for stopping by or anything. DQ is iconic but the service makes you want to patronize the other places that offer ice cream treats.

We went when it was free cone day. I had not had Dairy Queen in a very long time. They piled the ice cream in the cone, and it was delicious .

Messed up our order and then charged for what they forgot off of our order they also didn’t give us a receipt for either order (the order they charged us for after forgetting part of our order) no napkins, lids for shake and the cheese cups were filled about 1/4 of the way full. Super disappointing will not be going back

How can you say Ice cream and Shake are at the top of your menu ( WHICH IS WHAT DAIRY QUEEN IS KNOWN FOR) when your Ice cream machines are ALWAYS down for cleaning!!!!!! Especially on the weekends or in the evening. This store is a waste of space. When you do happen to be serving Ice cream your employees are RUDE AS HELL. This is the 4th time I’ve been there around 8pm and it’s always the same excuse the ice cream machines are down. Thank goodness there are other options for Ice cream in LUMBERTON NC.

Ice cream here is the best available. Cold Stone & sonic are good but DQ is the best. Their cakes are the best also.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my little girl's birthday and Mr. Wayland went above and beyond to get the design I wanted! My little girl loved it and the cake was delicious! Everyone wanted to know where it came from! I will be coming back soon! Thank you so much for your great service Mr. Wayland!

We had a great experience. Teaching with a whole bunch of kids, we have them some wazoo orders and they got it all right. It was super clean and the kids working were very polite and professional.

When I order a medium cone of icecream, I expect a medium cone of icecream. This happens almost everytime I come here. You need to teach your personnel how to fill the cones appropriately or I will start going somewhere else.

My granddaughter had some dental surgery today. I took her to DQ for something that would be cold and soothing to her. The 2 people working were great!!! Very kind and quickly helped us! I'll definitely go back to this location! I wish I had gotten their names so I could have let their manager know that they were just awesome!

Place was still open according to the time posted on the door and they would not take my order place is lazy they don’t care one bit it is sorry when I can’t get my ice cream when i want it. This place needs to do better or close down.

Had no experience went to the location at 7:30pm dining room was closed and I was told at the drive thru that they were only serving ice cream. While the employees were shrugging their shoulders and laughing about not wanting to serve the customers and stealing company time. 1/9/2023
