Mrs Wilkins was excellent. She always responded to my questions. More importantly she spent time to research and find the furniture I wanted. The delivery guys were great. The ladies who took payment were very courteous and efficient. Great store.

My experience at the Lumberton store was unforgettable. The customer service, empathy, concern and warmth, was like no other. Big shout out to Angela in Sales! Thank you for making the process seamless. Thanks to management for helping with the finance part and making it so easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The place was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Got this item along with a couple more and was very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend going to see them!

The sales person was not pushy. She was actually very helpful and very generous, polite and friendly and I don’t get that very much when I go to buy anything I don’t care what it is but she was awesome. I will return to FARMERS. I’ve never been there before but this was a great experience and thank you to our sales person.
