The elderly white lady with the short hair upfront is extremely rude. She looks ragged and over worked. The young lady was very polite. Would recommend the emergency room over this.

Would give zero stars if possible. Drive as fast as I could to get my 2 year old daughter complaining and crying about her ear in at 7:45 and they told me they wouldn’t see her because “they had had enough for the day”. Not sure how you can turn away a child when your open sign is on…. What a waste to health care

I was seen for an employment physical. Aside from the employer not sending the documents with me, the experience was really good. Reception staff went beyond themselves. The nurse entertained my sense of humor while remaining professional. The attending physician was attentive and thorough while listening to me.

My husband and I walked in, without an appointment for DOT physicals. We were both done in around an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend these folks.

Yesterday couldn't do pre employment drug screen, they said not enough staff members. Today came in early morning, NOW some machine isn't working they couldn't do drug screening and no other Fastmed facility could it either.BIG FAILURE Fast Med. Do not go here ! You get the runaround, pass the buck treatment.

This place is slow had to come here to physical for Robeson county schools. You will wait 2 hours for anything even if they are not busy.

The lady at the front desk knew exactly who I was from an phone call so my entrance to a warm welcome made me feel at home. I felt like family, wasn't there more the 40 minutes & to be honest that was the only bad part I wasn't ready to leave! I don't know what they're budgets are but they need a raise we need more fastmeds in my city because they officially made it my go today! Thank you to everyone that assisted me through my care today! I felt like I should have left a tip. They we're great!!

The wait time is a little long (I didn’t have an appt, it was a pre screen for employment) one lady did get a little loud cause she had been waiting for a little while, and the last time she was n there she had to wait for 2 or 3 hours and no one talked to her about the wait time so she left. But for me not to have an appt, it was not that bad, staff was friendly and once I was called, it was a quick process.

I’ve never been to a clinic that was so clean, staff friendly and the dr was absolutely amazing. Just moving to the area and having this experience was worth it.

I sat for 2 hours waiting before asking why it was taking so long and why people who had just came in were getting called back before my daughter. I was told that she forgot to check me in after taking my insurance card and ID. After being seen and asked to wait in the lobby to get a doctor's note for school, I got home to find out there was no note in the paperwork. Will not be going back.

This place was less then subpar. We had a appointment at 10am for a sports physical. Arrived by 930am and did not get seen until 1115am. The front was so slow because of the lack of personnel working that we didnt get checked in until 1015amAfter that we asked for a doctor's note for my child to go back to school, inwhich they said sure thing. 30mins later was told sorry we don't do that.We have used fast med in the past in other areas, however the Lumberton location needs to do better.Wasted hours for a simple physical which only took less then 5mins to complete. Their is nothing fast a about this location.

Everyone there was so nice and the provider was great with kids. She gave me some really good tips for maintaining my daughter's asthma and my daughter didn't cry once which is a major plus considering she hates doctors!

I was medically gaslight into believing my heart palpation and vomiting was "a pulled muscle". I immediately went to a real doctor and found out it was an actual medical issue. The doctor there tried to force anxiety and strained muscles on me like girl i know my body. Im not dumb. This wasnt my first bad experience but it was definitely the icing on the cake
