With me having these strange preferences im usually a sales woman's nightmare when looking at rings. Then Nikki introduced herself and I explained I had lost my wedding ring during a 4th of July parade and was looking to replace it. I explained my preferences and she didnt even flinch, she was patient while I searched for the one ring to rule them all. Nikki got my vibe after my second ring pick and then the experince turned to pure fun. I got to look and gander, tried on all the potential possibilities, and landed on 2 of the most beautiful rings that fit me and my personalities. (What girl only has one?) My husband agreed to purchase both rings and was very happy that I was happy and treated well with my weird style. She didnt push me to go outside my comfort zone. “It was a rainy day that I took my bracelet to Bob’s Jewelry to get it fixed. While there the sky opened up and I could not even see my car so I was looking around and asked if they had any crosses and there it was the one I had been looking for and of course I had to have a necklace to match. My birthday was the next day so Happy Birthday to me! The salesman was extremely helpful and kind. Plus he gave me a discount! I picked up my bracelet after a couple of days and it had been repaired and cleaned and looked new. Job well done ?”
