DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! My sister is completely caught up on her car payments and also 8 months pregnant. She switched her insurance to the General and also sent over the paperwork to the dealership to alert them of the change. They came THE NEXT DAY and took her car while she was at work saying they didn’t get the fax in time and she has to pay $850 to get her car back WHEN HER PAYMENTS AREN’T EVEN BEHIND. The staff was rude from the time the call started to when she decided to hang up when we stated we had the PROOF of when the fax was sent. Hands down the most UNPROFESSIONAL car dealership in this city. Please be warned, they will scam and do anything possible to get your money and also take their cars back. Not worth the hassle at all. I will also be putting in a report to the BBB regarding this issue.

Very unprofessional customer service and very disrespectful. They cars are very bad not worth doing business with them. I had a friend that Purchased a car the same day the engine locked up on her in traffic at a red light. Sad case they are mean people they have to work on their customer service skills and honesty with doing business with people I understand we all have family’s and bills but it’s not right to use people and take their hard earn money knowing that they are going to be with out a car with in 1yr. The way Lee talk to her on phone was nasty for her to be the owner.

Purchased vehicle, put 2500 down was charged 7,500 in financing. So vehicle went from 16,000 to 22,000 . Ok so I had the vehicle 1yr well kept & maintained. Motor goes out I called being I just made a 480.00 payment I was told that I had vehicle over a year it's nothing they can do. The owner told me I should have took vehicle to dealership when they were replacing motors for free. The other owner said she would call me & let me know about the vehicle in 2wks it's been 2mths . Lesson learned

Tommy & Jan Lee are wonderful people; personally and business wise. I've known them many years and can't say enough good things about them. AS for used automobiles they are in my opinion The BEST. Thank you both. My Nissan Altima is still running GREAT! THANKS AGAIN

For the business name to say service center there certainly is no service. No answer to calls and no reply to contact request on website.

Received a vehicle and in less then 3 weeks the battery and a connector had to be replaced. A week later, the alternator had to be replaced. Luckily they were in the 1 month as is warranty period and Lee's fixed them at no charge. All maintenance after the 30 days I was responsible for. 5 months after having the vehicle, the transmission has to be replaced along with the brakes. During the repair the certified master tech finds that the control arms need to be replaced due to the aftermarket rims on the vehicle causing extensive wear and tear. The rear driver side rim was also found to be warped. Both of which were causing uneven wear and tear on the tires. Replaced the control arms. End of the first year of having the vehicle, fuel pump and numerous hoses and connectors for the heating and cooling have to be replaced. I priced rims and tires to replace the aftermarket oversized rims and tires and couldn't afford them at the moment. Found someone to swap them for factory rims to save wear and tear on the vehicles front and rear suspension, as well as not having to replace or balance and rotate tires constantly. This month the engine needs to be fixed or replaced and costs are in the projected $1000-6000 range. Decided enough was enough and took the car back and dropped it off. Received a harassing call at my job threatening me with criminal charges and jail time if I did not return the rims and tires the car originally came with. Called again with another harassing call at my job to return the rims or tires or pay $1000 for them or face criminal charges. I have never missed a payment and always been an exceptional paying customer. And I have had anything that has gone wrong fixed by a Dodge certified master mechanic per the agreement you make with Lee's. Be wary of any vehicle you receive from this business. Have a certified mechanic look the vehicle over with a fine toothed comb. Because once that 30 days is up, you are responsible for any and all repairs at your expense. Better yet, just stay away from this lemon lot. A little more info, the vehicle blue book's for $5000-6000. With the amount they charged me, their 22% in house finance charge, (even though they are not a finance company) and the amount of money I have invested in parts and labor is over $20,000. Please think hard before you give them a huge down payment that they require before you do business with them.
