This will be the last time I will ever shop at Lowe's I had a huge order with lots of material that needed to be loaded. Nowhere was anyone to be found to help what a joke you would think when you spend this kind of money. Somebody would help load the truck. So it took me more than an hour to load myself. And not 1 person came out to help. And I've asked several times to have somebody help.Come Monday morning, I will cancel my Lowe's account and will have no problem. Driving the extra few miles to shop at home. Depot, at least I would get better service.My suggestion is do not shop here shop elsewhere...

I feel if you don't want to do your job just leave, I just tried to check out and the cashier's didn't want to check me out instead they pointed me to the self checkout, I don't mind checking myself out but at least pay me and keep the attitude to yourself.

Rude employees very hard to get any help with a $5000 order. I have to load it myself because of the forklift drivers bad attitudes.

I was looking for a water heater heating element and asked a young man that worked there he said we don't sell those I said yes you do and again he said no we don't so we walked over and asked another employee and he told me where they were. You need to know your department.

Loves in Waynesville needs to close. You can't never get anyone to help you... I went today to buy 9 Blinds $50 a piece a lady at checkout call 3 times trying to get me some help.After about 20 minutes I gave up and went home.... Home Depot will help... Thanks for nothing Lowes in Waynesville nc..

Kitchen remodel in day 9 and still not finished. Was told they will come back in 5 days to finish. The installation company that the stores uses is bad. Only 1 person showed to do the cabinets ( He was friendly and did the job well ) the other guy failed to show and the company didn't send the installer any help the 2nd day (Tuesday ). Day 2 the cabinets are up but everything is not finished. The installation company called and said it they will send someone out the following week on Wednesday. He shows up ( did nice work ) and finishs the job except the plumbing. I had to call the installation company to see when they would finish the job and was told it would be on Monday ( day 15 ). So 2 weeks with no water in kitchen. I guess I will do dishes in the bathtub. Would I recommend Lowe's for a kitchen install only if they find a different company to do the work.

Placed and paid for my $2,000 washer and dryer set on July 4th, I’m guessing it shouldn’t say Lumberton because their warehouse is LeLand. Delivery was set for July 17th. Received a call July 14th and was told that because they have over 100 trailers of deliveries to sort through, delivery would need to be rescheduled till July 24th. She stated it was most likely there but they had to find it and that takes time and that even when they do find it, the earliest they have is the 24th. Then I find out today that the issue with the last scheduled delivery is that my washer wasn’t even there yet. Anyways, today, July 24th, I took off work (no pay), had to have someone cover my shift and receive an EMAIL at 7:21am that my delivery has now been rescheduled to Friday July 28th because now every order is behind. It’s not like I can go back and tell work never mind when someone else is now covering my shift. Now I, again, have to take Friday off in HOPES that that is the day my order shows up.I call the “help line” after holding for over 30 minutes, for the guy to tell me that there was a truck delay at the warehouse, no more detail than a truck or driver issue so the earliest they have is Friday. I asked if I could just go pick it up myself because I’m not paying for delivery but I did pay for this washer and dryer but was told that’s not allowed so I am quite literally at the mercy of this company.I’ve never had an issue with the Lowe’s location itself but the delivery isn’t worth it. If it shows up Friday, great, but this process still needs to be addressed because I’m not the only one that has had this same exact issue with not being able to rely on delivery dates and times.Update on this: 7/25/2023 LOWES cancelled my order. No email, no notifications, they cancelled it without my permission and didn’t notify me about anything.NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES.The sad part is cancelling my order was LITERALLY the easiest part of this whole thing. I would rather deal with Rent A Center than give Lowe’s my business. They do not care about their customers or trying to fix situations that they caused. Had my order been delivered Monday like it was supposed to be, we wouldn’t have had any issue at all.Good luck Lowe’s.

My mom bought a washer& dryer on Friday the 21st. Was supposed to be delivered the Saturday the 22nd. They called and said between 10-2pm... Nothing! No one ever said why it wasn't delivered! Now, they are saying the 25th. Very messed up!!Update: I called July 25 th, talked to an assistant manager named Felicia. Not business like at all. I explained that my mom hasn't heard one single thing about her delivery! Felicia says it will be delivered now on the 27th! What in the world ?? My mom needs to be compensated for this confusion and lies! The $100 haul (for washer and dryer) away fee needs to be taken care of by Lowes since they are NoT business like. And poor Felicia couldn't read or make a full sentence and had NO clue what was going on. Poor thing!Owner, where are you? Please handle this! I'm so upset!!Looked online, it says it can be delivered by the 26th why are we having to wait until the 27th??

By far the worse experience I have ever had. The 3rd party company was very prompt in coming out to measure my countertop space. Then it took them 4 months to finally come out and do the job. Lowes blamed it on the third party company for lack of communication. Then when i finally get everything done i had an issue with with the install. It took lowes over a month to respond to me and the only reason they responded was because i had to call them. This was after I left a voicemail. In my opinion skip lowes for any type of install work and just go directly with a company that is doing the work.

July 4th. You pay for and wait for delivery and the morning of delivery that you have rearranged your whole schedule for to receive your merchandise and even have a technician to install appliances on hand and you get a call at 10:05am saying your delivery has to be rescheduled due to one person not showing up. Look Lowe's and people I'm tired of my money and time being played with. Lowe's seems to think we are not valuable. 17 deliveries on one route cancelled on July 4th due to one person not showing up. Sounds like the manager or corporate needs to reach out to those 17 paying customers to be satisfied. Let's see. I'll review again on July 5. Those 17 people I would assume generated over 50 thousand in profits for Lowe's. What a thank you...

Management and pro services at this store is the best I've seen. Highly recommend over competition. My home is built with 100 percent lowes products. They back products when issues arise.

This was the worst visit I have ever had at my favorite store. Waited on a pick-up order that was over 3000 dollars and had to wait over an hour. I'm not sure why my order could not be delivered, but I hope my next visit is better. Perhaps some more training is needed in customer service.
