Pulling into the wash, I can hear the workers referring to the customers they’re servicing in a disrespectful way. After seeing me and directing me forward, I also heard them talk disrespectful about me as well. People never assume I’m Latino and can speak and understand Spanish. I really wanted to escalate the issue but I had a brace still from a recovering wrist injury and I really had a problem with both of the workers that first pull your vehicle in. I asked for just the interior so I didn’t have to deal with them touching the outside of my car. He told me it was $15. I asked if it included the windows and he said absolutely. He then double checked by leaving and coming back and then saying it was $20 but it will include all interior service as well as glass. They pulled the car forward and it was passed on to the interior wipe down crew. I tipped them believing they cleaned it out good and quickly as I observed them. But after pulling off, I returned because I had stains that are easily removable on two of my door trim panels. I talked to one of the workers and he wiped down both areas with ease after servicing the second time. I then drove off and made it halfway home before realizing they never did any of the door glass. This location is definitely quantity over quality with a few disrespectful workers.

I came in for a quick wash for my vehicle that was super dirty and hasn’t been washed in months . I came and 20 minutes later it was done and it looked brand new. Highley recommend this carwash and will forever be coming back !!!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
