I will be leaving Metro PCS, for the last two months my service is disconnected saying my phone isn't registered on a network, if yall have scheduled work to be done you should let the people know. Your affecting the daily lives of peopleI can not make calls. I can not send texts. My partner and I have been with metro for over 5 years. I have a child and can not afford for my phone not to be on at all times. We work jobs that REQUIRE us to have our phones on at all times. I pay my bill on time every month. The service we receive is ridiculous. You can NEVER get anyone to answer that store phone and I mean that for the last 5 years NO ONE will answer. When you go in to Metro in Lumberton you do not receive good customer service. & I mean this with all seriousness . The girls that work there do not enjoy their job. I understand there's only so much they can do, but they look at you like you're crazy and have no compassion for their job or any customers they deal with. I'm tired of Metro when you pay your bill, tell me why I pay my bill online I get charged a fee for paying with a card. But when I go in to pay my bill they charge a Convenience fee of $5.00. Neither is convenient for me, because they're making extra money off people with all these fees.. Metro is getting over on people, because they think they have cheap phone bills. Honestly I do not think I'll ever do business with them again.

The customer service was awful. They seem to home the runaround. Provided numerous phone numbers to call and still was not able to get the issue resolved. End up purchasing a new phone even though the representative was discouraging about just trading the phone since it was a malfunction with the actual phone. I was very disappointed.

Lumberton store... Came in at 10am to make payment. One worker working. Worker helped same cudtomer for 2 hoirs. Left for food came back still on same customer. Ridiculous

I called 25 times and I use another phone to called and noone picks the phone up it just go straight to voicemail they should be fire or talk to or something the manager needs to check in to that it's just not right.
