The girl that did my French tip didn’t do them right all the nails don’t look the same or nothing they look bad and I asked her to fix them a couple of times so I just stoped asking her to fix them and payed and left.

Came today to have my nails fixed after going to another local shop and getting a low quality finish. Nicole got me all the way together! I trust her to do my nails any day and I highly recommend her!!! The atmosphere was welcoming and it was nothing short of a pleasant experience. Runnnnn and ask for Nicole!

I decided to try a new nail salon while I was in Lumberton, the first time they did great. So I decided I would stick with the nail tech. I originally got dip, which is what I typically always get when I get my nails done. I was charged $45 for it including tips, which had me confused because that didn’t match the price list (it stated it would be more). I came back to get them redone two weeks later. I typically get them soaked off and redone, but the guy stated I would have to either paint white over my dip color or pick a darker color to cover the green dip color. I explained multiple times that I normally get them soaked off, but he insisted I do it that way so I assumed that’s just how they do things. Ms. Nichole is who originally did my nails, I also was explaining to her that I normally get them soaked and she said we can just do it this way and I soak the next time only $5 difference. I literally said I don’t mind paying, but she kept saying we can do it next time. So she painted white over the green dip color and then a pink gel color. I was not satisfied with the green showing on the back of my nails, and the white polish also showing in some areas, the pink gel polish was lumpy BUT I had to leave. She charged me $40, which I was confused on that because how do I pay near the same amount but this was gel and you didn’t even soak them off. This was Sunday afternoon, the gel polish started chipping the next day which they were closed. I called and explained to the man Tues again I wanted them soaked off and dip powder which is what I was trying to explain originally. He agreed to soak them off and do dip at no charge. Drove from Fayetteville to Lumberton for her to tell me she would have to charge me to soak off and redo because that’s not what I paid for…… she also stated the chips were small, but my nails shouldn’t be chipping a day later. I’m not paying anything when it was a crappy job AND she chose to do it that way. So she painted green GEL polish over my nails, which I was thinking again she was going to do the dip color I originally had. I was over explaining myself and had already waited about an hour. She did shape them better, however I woke up today WED morning gel polish chipping AGAIN ….. the next day. Prices need to be accurate and tech’s need to LISTEN to what the client wants. I expressed multiple times I didn’t mind paying the fees originally, but if you are insisting we do it a certain way I’m going to trust that you know what you’re talking about. I’ve never experienced gel polish chipping the next day nor have I experienced people painting white over dip powder then a gel color polish on top. Very unsatisfied!
