Guy with ponytail was not helpful at all!! His attitude needs readjusting! Every other auto parts store will test key fob batteries. This prevents a customer from purchasing another battery when that wasn’t even the problem! Thanks ponytail guy for assisting me in buying a battery that I did not need!

Seriously , when you have a sign on the door that says you take batteries and oil to recycle and you come in with a dead battery for recycling and ask about the program and the three employees behind the counter have no clue what you are talking about .
