between trying to contact UPS, your drivers not delivering packages or refusing to deliver pages to my property (which has been in its location for 60+ years) there’s no dirt roads, it’s not hard to access, and extremely easy to find, youve wasted more of my time trying to locate and acquire my own property that should have been delivered to my house than I ever should have wasted. It was $10 shower curtain, I didn’t want to drive to buy, instead, now I’m calling UPS for 3x days straight, waiting for phone calls to be returned driving 25 minutes one direction to find out “no this package was never sent here”
Get your act together this is absolutely ridiculous

Very unprofessional owner. My girlfriend went into the Lumberton location and the owner was very nasty with her. Truly irately disrespectful to her. The owners character was very distasteful and dissatisfactory. When asked for a notarized signature my girlfriend was talked to very disrespectful and the owner stormed to her back office and never came back to service her needs. It's very disgusting that the owner would act that way towards my girlfriend. I will never give this place anymore of my money for any type of service. Must be shut down immediately. If I had 10000 dollars I would purchase this franchise and shut it down and open up a behavior center just for her disrespectful behavior. Yes I'm talking about the owner. And if the owner is reading this. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I use PostNet often, I have never had a bad experience here. The people are just absolutely positively amazing! Crystal, Lorenzo, Diane & Alan are just lovely people. Once you step inside of their establishment, you immediately see why they’re so busy, the customer service is always 5 star rated. Don’t waste your time with Office Depot, stop by Post Net for ALL your printing needs!
