Management needs to do better the way he greet and talk to customers. He thinks everyone jokes around like he does. He’s not professional at all. Every time I’ve entered that location it’s been the same unless the young ladies are working. We need a manger that treats their customers as they wish to be treated.

This is the worst Sally Beauty ever. Don't waste your time going here. They are always out of stock, the staff doesn't keep up with ordering until they are completely out so they are constantly out of lots of items for over a week at a time. The employees lack of beauty supply knowledge is ridiculous. Selection is EXTREMELY limited. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different store.

Cheating people out of their money. A friend Bought items paid with her debit card associate said that her card said didnt have enough money. Went to car got her phone and called her bank and card and she had well enough money and showed where the money was taken out her acount for her itens at sallys and the associate still refused to give her items or refund her card. WORST experience. Just lost a few customers at Lumberton location...........

Bad service the person that was attending me didnt even say have a nice day. Like at all the stores i get have a nice day or did you find everything ok? It doesnt matter if she had a bad day she had to at least try if she wants to keep her job

Nice product selection. The staff was iffy though. They seemed pleasant enough but it seemed like I bothered the employee when I asked for some help. It was as if I had bothered him because I needed a second of his time. Friendly and welcoming staff really make a place and this store needed some help with this
