I want to thank you for replacing the shoes. Victoria was awesome and was very nice. I do have to say shoe show does help when a customer is very dissatisfied. Thank you, in a time where every dollar counts, you made sure we didn't lose it.

I took my 5 year old daughter there to look for sandals and tennis shoes. Walked in the store and asked where I would find her size shoes. The girl mumbled something that I could barely hear. The girl walked by where we were a few minutes later and my daughter said can my Mama get some help. You would have thought she was begging for money. We left and went to the one at the mall and had great service.
