This is the second time I came to pay our bill and the service was horrible. Last month I wanted an hour. A guy came out and called everyone before me because I was paying the bill with cash. Today, this same guy was stopping us at the door. He said paying with cash is a one hour wait. You can go to Walmart. Rude and nasty attitude. I will not coming back to this store for anything.

I "canceled" my internet service with Spectrum on 10 August, turned in my equipment and thought I was done. But no, because my last payment was 7 August, these worthless thieves are charging me a FULL PAYMENT FOR 3 DAYS OF SERVICE! It's your "policy" to charge for a full month is so anti-customer service and ridiculous that your agent failed to mention it when I was canceling my service.Your organization is disgraceful.

The people were okay and they are not family one of them was outstandingly friendly and treated you like you should be the other ones that what they didn't seem like they wanted to be there but they did get what we needed done

Not sure how to answer that question. The only reason I went is to return internet equipment. But they did not want to take charter communications equipment.

Paula displayed excellent customer service yesterday when assisting my husband and I when transferring lines for my cell phone and iPad from another carrier. Paula was very polite, patient, and helpful! This type of service deserves five stars because she done all with a smile and no huffs or puffs. Thanks Paula!

This is the worst mobile service I have ever had. I've had cell phones for almost 30 years and I have never had worse reception. I have had spectrum mobile For a year and a 1/2 and it hasn't improved. I live a couple miles from the spectrum store so I'm not sure why my service is so terrible. Also speaking of slow service the Wi-Fi is also slow. I would not recommend switching to spectrum mobile

They have their issues and are priced too high with their packages and rental equipment. Would not use them or AT&T for tv streaming.

Terrance is our go to guy! Straight to the point, knows exactly what he needs to do, doesnt pressure you into anything you dont want to do. I would recommend him to anyone! 10/10 satisfied
