I have both personal storage and business units I rent at both locations. And I’m pleased with the various sizes & prices I pay for each. I love the cleanliness of the grounds and the fact that I feel safe going in & out of the gated facility at various times of the day. There are plenty of visible cameras and I know my belongings are safe and secure when I leave. My furniture is well kept in climate control so I have worries. I love the wide drive thru for my work truck & trailer so I can drive with ease to unload my bigger items. I highly recommend Storage Solutions over any other facility!! I have rented at others and they Do Not Hold a candle to SS not to mention the friendly management & staff always willing to help me out when I call or go by to purchase some packing supplies last minute!! Thank you Leslie for all you do and to Brandy for keeping it looking good around the place!!

Overall a very pleasant experience. The people are professional, friendly, and very helpful. The property and buildings are very clean. The prices are great. My only suggestion would be to rethink the method of labeling the buildings and doors.

Excellent storage facility! Clean and very secure with coded gate, coded unit doors, cameras, and good lighting. Amazing and friendly management staff. I’ve never dealt with such a remarkable storage place.

The experience was quick and quite pleasant. Leslie made me feel welcome and assisted me without any hesitation. I hate adulting sometimes and to be around people (that's me) lol don't ask, but she made me feel sooooo comfortable. She went over my options and answered any questions I had thoroughly. The units and facilities are very clean. I'm glad I made the decision to do business here.

I actually think this is one of the most professional businesses in Lumberton. They're always working to continue providing a great facility & great customer service. I'm happy with my choice for doing business with them over the last two years. They go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

*Best storage ever!! Clean, big, spacious, humidity and climate controlled. Best for your buck! Not to mention even plays you music while in there. The little things in life :)They definitely go the extra mile. You won’t be disappointed.
