I went there 30 minutes before they closed and I thought that they were going to rush me out like other stores do but they were very helpful and patient the two lady’s made sure they were going to fix my phones ! Without making me feel like I was being rushed thank you lady’s so much !

First of all, I've been a loyal customer since the early Suncom days, which was prior to the T-MOBILE buyout. Today, my wife and I walk into the store in an attempt to discuss additional phone services for my aging in-laws. There were no customers upon entering the store. The three staff members whom we saw were all sitting and playing on their phones. No one stood up in an attempt to greet us much lessassist us. The inquiry led to us being told to contact customer support, since the one individual who never left his seat, supposedly had no knowledge about the product in question. They made no attempt to research the needed information nor contact customer support on our behalf. I've noticed a decline in customer service within this particular store over the last few years and will now be seeking services elsewhere. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed, considering we've been loyal customers for about 25+ years.

Walked into the store this afternoon to add an additional line on my current account. Was not greeted by any of the staff. My daughter had to approach one of the staff members to inquire about a new phone and they told her nope our Iphone safe is locked / broken and we cannot access any new Iphones. We understand things do happen, but didn’t greet or apologize. Where was the customer service? No iPhones is all that was said initially. Didn’t offer to setup an account or call the neighboring store to see if we could be accommodated.

Simply put: Sales is about listening to what the customer wants and providing. Upselling is fine if the customer is interested but after the third failed 'push' please STOP. We'll just wait the 3-5 days to get our product, thanks for nothing.We literally walked out, not only were they pushy but they lost a guaranteed sale that we set up with TMobile on the phone before coming in to this location. By far this was one of the worst experiences that I have had with TMobile in nearly a decade of doing business with them.
