“Wow! Let me tell you how a life saver he is. Tire pops in a random city, different state. We are feeling lost. Trying to make it to Virginia from Florida. We called many numbers and everyone had an excuse. Not Cliff. He answered from home and said give him 30minutes he's on his way. Mind you we have a 26 foot dump truck and many tow companies said they couldn't. He got out of his comfort to come save our night. He drove us to a hotel and did everything graciously. We will forever be thankful for this kind gentleman. Thank you very much for picking us up and taking us to safety. 10/10”

He listens carefully to what you have to say and then diagnoses and fixes the problem. He has worked on my car a couple of times for different reasons and I have been very happy with the work.”

I found Billy's online and the tow truck was there in less than 30 minutes. I was pleased with the driver and his knowledge and care getting my car on the rollback safely to take it to Fayetteville. “Our transmission went out today while pulling our camper, and we were stuck on the side of the road. Called AAA and 1st Choice Towing was dispatched. Ricky showed up first and was super helpful, but we needed a bigger truck for the job. Shawn came out shortly after—he was professional, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. We ended up leaving the truck and camper with him, and he assured us he’d get the truck to the dealership and the camper safely to our house. Great service all around—highly recommend this company!”
