About United States Cold Storage
United States Cold Storage is generally regarded as a convenient location for deliveries, offering quick access for drivers. The facility opens at 7:30 AM and provides overnight parking, which many appreciate. Most reviews highlight the spacious layout and helpful staff at the receiving and shipping office. The unloading process is typically fast, with many drivers able to get in and out efficiently, often within two hours. However, some issues have been noted, particularly regarding the QR code check-in system. While intended to streamline the process, many drivers find it cumbersome, especially when the system is down. There are complaints about appointment times not being honored, leading to delays in receiving door assignments. Despite these challenges, the overall sentiment is positive, as the location is easy to navigate, and most drivers find the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Clean facility. Plenty of room for backing both to there docks and in the staging area. Overnight parking available but no restrooms until they open up. I run container so take this with a grain of salt but on average once I am backed to the dock door I am loaded within 30 minutes.
